REQUIREMENTS
Thank you for your interest in applying to the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts! Students seeking a chance to be a part of our nationally recognized program should review the general information on this page regarding our audition process. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Submit a completed online application by early January​​​ (You may submit up to two separate applications for two departments).

Completion of department requirements.
​
Applicant must be a rising 9th or 10th grade in the upcoming school year.
​
2.0 GPA or higher for Fall 2023 grading period.
​
Applicants must be resident of LA County when they apply and registered in LA County school when they audition.

OVERVIEW | APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP ONE
Fully complete and submit thee online application including the student's grades for the 2023-24 school year by the date listed above.
STEP TWO
Prepare for your audition. Prepare and upload your pre-screen video or portfolio following department guidelines.
STEP THREE
Come to your audition. Please check the audition requirements and date/s for the department you are auditioning.
