MICHAEL JOHN LEA

Michael John Lea (Arts Assistant & Program Coordinator)

Michael was originally born in Johannesburg, South Africa and was lucky enough to win the Green Card lottery which led him to land in the United States.

Michael is a proud graduate of Roosevelt University: Chicago College of Performing where he earned a BFA in Acting. He is currently represented by Jason Hilton of Luxe Talent for Film, Television and Modeling.

Some of his previous productions include the stage adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" where he played Mitch. He was also nominated for a Broadway in Chicago Award for the role of Mitch. He was also in a gut wrenching production of BENT with the Hollywood Stage Company, which changed his life forever.

Michael is so honored to be able to work with Mrs. Hunter (Theatre Dept) and Mr. Powers (Music Dept). Thank you all for welcoming me into the LACHSA family.
