Every year, LACHSA hosts tours, panels, and seminars for prospective families. Students interested in applying during the current admissions season are encouraged (but not required) to attend. Families are welcome to attend one of each kind of session. 

 

Sessions will be held on campus and on Zoom. Find out more information below and click the buttons to sign up for available tour dates and times. In-person sessions are limited to less than 100 participants.

 

We also encourage all prospective families to see a performance. Information on performance events can be found at our Box Office.

VIRTUAL CAMPUS TOUR

Our 1 hour virtual campus tour allows prospective students and their families a chance to get to know a little more about life at LACHSA. Each virtual tour includes a short Q & A session.
 

VIRTUAL STUDENT PANEL

Our 1 hour student panel allows prospective students and their families a chance to get to know even more about life at LACHSA - from the student perspective. Each meeting also includes a short presentation about LACHSA and Q & A session to address frequently asked questions.

APPLICATION/AUDITION VIRTUAL SEMINAR

This 1 hour seminar-style meeting will review the 2024-25 LACHSA Application and Audition Requirements for each of the five departments. Each meeting includes a short presentation about LACHSA and Q & A session to address frequently asked questions.

ON SITE CAMPUS TOUR

Our 1 hour campus tour allows prospective students and their families a chance to get to know a little more about life at LACHSA: from its academics to its famous arts conservatory departments. Each tour includes a short presentation and Q & A session to address frequently asked questions.

ON SITE INFO NITE

Our 1 hour on-site information session allows prospective students and their families a chance to get to know a little more about life at LACHSA. This session includes a presentation only. This session does not include a walking tour.

 

ARTS CHAIR
AUDITION SEMINAR

This 1-hour, seminar-style meeting is hosted by the Arts Department Chairs and will cover the audition process. Each meeting includes a Q&A session to address FAQs.
